I'm taking on the 5K Inflatable Run with #TeamNorthCare with a group of my lovely work colleagues on 3rd August, a week after my 40th birthday, as part of my 'Fit for 40' campaign! There are 32 gigantic obstacles to tackle!!

We all work in Salford Learning Disability team employed by Northern Care Alliance (NCA). NorthCare Charity helps Northern Care Alliance (NCA) NHS Foundation Trust deliver outstanding care across Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Salford by funding innovative equipment, education, research and wellbeing activities.
