In September we lost dad to MND. He had symptoms, but from diagnosis to end it was quick. He lost the ability to do anything for himself, including eating, drinking and speaking.

MND is a horrific illness and currently, once diagnosed, is a death sentence.

In July I am walking/running 50k in the Gower to raise money for MND.

I hope to raise money to help support other families and people suffering with this horrific illness.
