So I’m doing a Triathlon in a couple of days (Sun 5th Oct) to raise money for an amazing charity and partner in Stockport Pure Insight. I was supposed to do a Sky Dive in June but pivoted to doing something else that I haven't done before and to really challenge myself. I've not been on a bike in nearly five years so it's going to be a tough one on Sunday but I'm determined to do it. This charity raises much needed funding to support young people leaving care and is such an important cause close to my heart. Pure Insight was formed in January 2013 as a direct response to the needs of local care leavers.

The charity works to support young people leaving the care of a local authority and looked after children.

They provide a service offering a variety of activities to help build coping strategies and develop skills to help this group of young people progress towards a successful independent life.
