Working on a colorectal ward I see all too often the devastating effect that bowel cancer has on patients and their families. My friend Karina and I decided we wanted to take on a challenge to raise money for bowel cancer UK and so we booked flights to Peru and began organising our 4 day trek on the inca trail to Machu Picchu May 2024!

A few weeks later i got the email to say I had the chance to participate in something on my bucket list...the London marathon...in April 2024! Of course i couldn't turn down this opportunity so will be running/jogging/walking/crawling for 26.2 miles around London all for the same great case...bowel cancer UK!

Both of these events are completely self funded so all donations will be going directly to bowel cancer UK...please give what you can ❤️
