I'm taking part in Kilt Walk this year to raise money for Chrons & Colitis UK. I've not taken on a challenge like this before but it's a charity that is close to me and my friends hearts and it is important to me to raise funds as well as awareness of this great charity. By raising awareness, we can support those living with Crohn’s and Colitis and show them that they are not alone.

Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be almost double that.
