I lost my Aunt Helen last year to ovarian cancer. She fought with everything she had; however, her diagnosis came too late and after a long battle she passed away. My Aunt was larger than life and tough as nails and I miss her. 80% of women diagnosed with ovarian cancer discover the disease in its advanced stages when treatment is far less effective. Tina’s Wish is dedicated to funding research for the prevention and early detection of ovarian cancer which could have possibly saved my Aunt’s life.
