I will be taking part in the London Marathon on 26th April 2026, raising funds for the Grampian MS Therapy Centre.

I was made aware of the centre after my own diagnosis of Relapsing Remitting MS in 2023, and I have since visited for oxygen therapy.

The Grampian Multiple Sclerosis Centre aims to improve the quality of life for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The centre provides a comprehensive range of therapies to support people living with Multiple Sclerosis including oxygen therapy, physiotherapy and reflexology. Oxygen therapy is also available to assist individuals managing other conditions such as cancer, fibromyalgia and ME.

Oxygen therapy can significantly reduce inflammation by increasing oxygen delivery to tissues, promoting healing and modulating immune responses.

The centre is completely self-funded, relying on the generosity of volunteers and community fundraising to continue its work.
