Personal experience of children, young people and adults for whom the basic human skill of speech is an every day struggle is the driving force behind my choice of ARCOS for my fundraising. ARCOS is a specialist charity based in Malvern which offers speech and language therapy, rehabilitation skills and support and advice for families. ARCOS also supports children and young people who struggle to access and engage with mainstream education. I will be cycling 1000+K with the aim of raising a pound for every pedal pounding kilometre.
