This spring I’m swimming the length of the English Channel - 22 miles - in a pool, over 12 weeks, and raising money for the MND Association in the process. As you may know, my beautiful sister-in-law Gemma passed away from MND in the summer of 2022.

The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
