I have always wanted to learn how to dance properly but have never found the time and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. Being taught how to dance and getting to raise money for an incredible local charity, Zoe's Place, at the same time

Now this might sound like it is going to be easy but from October I will be doing dance training twice a week and then I have to perform in three shows, all which are judged, just before Christmas!! Those of you who know me well know that my dancing is energetic but not always co-ordinated! I am rarely in time with the music or aware of the space around me! Wish my dance partner luck ;)

The amount I have to raise is quite steep but I am really hopeful that I can achieve it for them.

Zoe's Place is amazing. I visited them a few years ago and was really blown away by the work they do. I left feeling quite emotional and they have definitely left a mark on my heart.

For people who have never heard of Zoe's Place before here is a little bit of information about them:

Zoe's Place provide palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years who are suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. This care is provided in a caring, safe, home from home environment known as Zoё's Place Baby Hospices.

It costs around £3,300 to run the hospice for a day! So I hoping my £500 can be a small amount towards this.
