Bereaved Children Support York (BCSY) are a phenomenal charity. Henry & Hattie get SO much from their monthly drop in sessions. They have given my children the confidence to just be themselves and to feel “normal” despite everything we’ve been through. They’ve made friends, crafted, played table tennis and eaten their body weight in snacks! It’s a joy to see them relaxed & happy.

I was lucky enough to get a place to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon (LLHM) through the ballot, so I’m under no obligation to raise a certain amount of money, however it’s a huge challenge for me and it feels like a good opportunity to raise some awareness for BCSY and also hopefully some funds.

LLHM have given me some incredible support and the opportunity to share our story - how running has helped all three of us manage our grief following Andrew’s death and I’m very grateful for this.
