Having taken part in a relay team for the Dorney Lake Sprint Triathlon last year with my lovely CAMHS colleagues, I’ve somehow ended up signing up to do the whole thing this year - there’ll be no sprinting involved but I’ve been training hard to make finishing a possibility!

As a team we are raising money again for the Berkshire Healthcare Charity. We have benefitted from money from this charity which is going towards improving our clinic spaces, making them more accessible for children and young people with additional needs. We’d love to raise some more money towards this and other projects to improve healthcare in Berkshire.
