On 17th April, our beautiful granddaughter Stori Laylaa Lyons was born sleeping. Though her time with us was heartbreakingly short, she will always be loved and always be part of our family.

In Stori’s memory, her great uncles Grant and Eck are taking on the 496 Challenge — an incredibly difficult challenge that only around 10% of people who attempt it manage to complete. They are doing this in support of raising funds for a cuddle cot, a special piece of equipment that gives grieving families precious extra time with their babies, allowing moments and memories no family should have to rush through.

We are fundraising to help provide a cuddle cot so other families facing unimaginable loss can have that invaluable gift of time. Grant and Eck are pushing themselves through an extraordinary challenge in Stori’s memory, turning love and heartbreak into something that can bring comfort to others.
