To mark Suicide Prevention Week and the Centenary of SAMH, Cumbernauld CMHT will be climbing Ben A'an on Sunday 17th September 2023.

"It is estimated that 1 person in 20 is thinking about suicide at any one time. In Scotland that means 262,740 people may be thinking about it, that is enough to fill Hampden Park 5 times".

SAMH work closely with the Community Mental Health Teams, to prevent suicide and reduce the stigma against mental health.
