What am I doing?

I have pledged to run 60 miles in June as a personal challenge towards a team target of 1000miles! So my effort will equate to 96km and just over nineteen 5km runs in the month (hoping to manage a few longer ones to get those miles in)... so it's definitely going to be a challenge.

Why am I doing it?

I have recently worked my way through the couch to 5K (after a successful 5K to couch in the last couple of years). Running outside gives me important head space and by pledging these miles and asking for sponsorship to the Friends of Ton Yr Ywen (Alf and Phoebe's school) I hope to keep it going.

Supporting the school is important to me as I want my children (and the other children at the school) to have the best resources and experiences they can.

I'd be so grateful for any contribution to keep my motivation going and to support much needed funds.
