Hello everyone,

I'm proud to be joining #TeamARUK in the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon!

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity.

I am running in remembrance of my great-grandma and my grandpa, who both lived with dementia.

The money raised will help researchers like my friend Dr Sarah Marzi to research neurodegenerative diseases to bring us one step closer to finding a cure.

Thank you for supporting me, as I embark on one of my biggest challenges. I will take you along for the ride.
