I'm taking part in the Virtual 50 Challenge to raise funds for Autism Anglia in their 50th year as a charity.

Autism is a lifelong condition which affects how a person interacts with and relates to other people, and for autistic people the world can be a confusing, unpredictable and sometimes scary place.

Autism Anglia strives to support autistic people at all stages of their lives. As a charity, fundraising is vital to help us raise awareness of autism, ensure the children and adults we support have access to sensory, play and communication equipment to meet their needs, and that we can help families during difficult times.

I am aiming to increase my daily steps back to the level I used to achieve when I had my lovely dog to walk who is sadly no longer with me. Please sponsor me for 50 days of minimum 7000 daily steps.
