Greyhound Rescue Wales, a charity close to my heart, has a Raise for Greys fundraiser week in May. What we are planning will take slightly longer than a week so we will be doing this throughout May.

Joe and I have been fortunate enough to have adopted three dogs from GRW - the late great Queen Bea, Sam and Maisy. Over the course of their racing lives, between them our dogs raced 150,948m on the race tracks of the UK (I did sit there with all the gory details and worked this out…)

Sam and Maisy, complete with humans, are going to do something far more enjoyable. Scenic, sniffy walks is a far more pleasurable way to travel that distance - so that’s what Sam and Maisy are going to do. 150km throughout May.
