Story
I’m lacing up my running shoes and taking on the Hackney Half Marathon—not just for the challenge, but for a cause that urgently needs our support: St Mungo’s.
Every step I take on that 13.1-mile route is for someone who doesn’t have a place to call home.
Right now, thousands of people are sleeping rough, struggling with mental health issues, addiction, or trauma. St Mungo’s is on the front line, helping people off the streets and into safety, dignity, and long-term recovery. They offer more than just shelter—they offer hope, healthcare and real chances to rebuild.
But they can’t do it without us.
I’m running because I believe no one should be left behind. I’m running because recovery starts with the smallest step—and together, we can help thousands take that first one.
Please give what you can. Share the page. Spread the word. Let’s run homelessness out of our cities.
Thank you so much for your support.
