Story

I will begin my journey by crossing Europe’s longest high-wire bridge. The Infinity Bridge offers an exhilarating start to my adventure. As I traverse the bridge 1,000ft above the valley floor, I will witness the most breathtaking (quite literally) and unique viewpoint the Lake District has to offer.

Next, I will venture through the mountainside and head deep into the mine for the Climb the Mine segment of the adventure. From here, I will be faced with all kinds of exciting obstacles as I make my way through the mine, from vertical climbs and rope bridges to zip lines and a Tarzan swing.

It’s not over yet, to round off the adventure, I must face my fears and take part in ‘The Jump’. where I will freefall from a staggering height of 30 meters, experiencing the UK’s first-ever 30m freefall attraction.

I am doing this in memory of my son Antony who was sadly taken away in 2004 one week before his 17th birthday.

I would be grateful of any donation towards the helping hands charity.
