Thomas has decided to take on the challenge of climbing the UK's highest man-made climbing wall to raise money for Andy's Man Club.

He's never done anything like this before, but wanted to push himself while helping a charity that does so much for men's mental health. At 13, he's already showing that you don't have to be an adult to make a difference.

He's a little nervous, but he's determined to get to the top and raise as much money as he can along the way.
