I am competing in the London HYROX fitness race on May 4th 2024. The training and the actual fitness race will push me not only physically but mentally to complete. I only started running again consistently in May 2023 and is one of my toughest elements seconded to the burpees.

I have taken on this mammoth task to raise as much money as we can collectively for our fantastic local charity My Shining Star Children’s Cancer charity.

I am using my health and fitness to raise money to help the charity support children and families when they need it most.

The implications of a cancer diagnosis in a child is enormous and far reaching. There is often a huge emotional and financial impact on the whole family.

Your money will allow My Shining Star to come alongside some more of these families to support them at this traumatic time.
