🏃I'm attempting a 50-mile ultramarathon in June.

🏃It's a terrifying 5 laps of a 10 mile course on steep, gnarly forest trails.

🏃Last year over half of all entrants dropped out at 30 miles! I'm training hard and hoping to go all the way...

🌊 To motivate me to complete this hairy challenge, I'm fundraising for Atlantic Pacific, the charity I volunteer with.

🌊 They train people in casualty care, lifeboat handling & other essential life-saving search & rescue skills.

🌊 They have a simple ambition: to combat global drowning

🌊 Drowning is a serious and neglected public health threat claiming the lives of 372,000 people a year
