Who Cares? Scotland is Scotland's only national independent membership organisation for Care Experienced people. Our strategic vision is to secure a lifetime of equality, respect and love for Care Experienced people in Scotland. At the heart of our work are the rights of Care Experienced people and the power their voices have to bring about change.

I spent the best part of my career either working directly with care experienced young people or teaching those working in care settings and directly with looked after children and young people. Who Cares? Scotland are an organisation that featured heavily in my work. The work of WC?S is one of the jewels in the crown of the Scottish system for supporting care experienced children and young people.

I am 65 now and happily retired but I still keep running. I decided to aim for a half marathon on route to doing a marathon after a 40 year hiatus. I am really proud to be raising money for WC?S and I hope that you are moved to support their work.
