I'm thrilled to be taking part in an international exchange led by the Harlequins Foundation, in partnership with three inspiring rugby-rooted charities: Lesotho Rugby Academy, Future Hope, and Bhubesi Pride Foundation.

This initiative is more than just rugby—it's about using the sport’s core values to create lasting, positive change in underserved communities around the world. Together, we’re working to:

*Empower young people with essential life skills

*Share knowledge and best practice across international partners to strengthen local impact

As part of this programme, I’ll have the unique opportunity to engage directly with communities in Malawi, learn from grassroots organisations, and contribute to meaningful development work.
