11 Churches, 60km and just ONE day. Sponsor me (Jerome) for a BIG Church Walk which is visiting all the Baptist Churches in Soar Valley Gospel Partnership (SVGP). The walk is a total distance of 60km. You can join me at one of the 11 churches which I will be passing.

The walk is to raise both funds and awareness for the SBBC Building Project where we look to redevelop our aging Church to serve the community for decades to come.

Sutton Bonington Baptist Church (SBBC) has been my home church since I started at University some 11 years ago! I was fed countless meals as a student, baptised & made to feel very much part of the Church family. My faith in Jesus & love for him has deepened tremendously over the past decade. My wife, Fiona & I have also had our children dedicated as we both regularly attend and serve the church in many ways over the years.

Whilst the church is growing in number… Our aging church building is no longer fit for purpose and is in need of a serious makeover to increase capacity and serve the community here in Sutton Bonington for decades to come.

Therefore, with my 30th Birthday the following day I plan to plod into my 30’s by walking in a circular walk around all the local Baptist Churches.
