I had this idea for a charity walk to support Barnsley Hospice. It's the 30 year anniversary, so why not 30 kilometers - a multi-terrain figure of eight around the borough starting and finishing at the Hospice. The Hospice liked the idea so the team there set it all up - 30 for 30! Team Meade are taking part along with many, many others. Amie Ledger, Rachel Nothard, Bob Hammond, John Hunt and myself, a Hospice Trustee' are doing it to raise funds for the hospice. Our team consists of two young ladies and 3 blokes aged 74, 75 and 80! So come on, every little helps this very worthy cause.
