As part of my Batmitzvah, I also do a project where I research about a topic I am interested in, and fundraise for a related charity.

I love cooking - so I am finding out about famous Jewish chefs, and selling cakes to raise money for the Community Kitchen - part of Brighton & Hove Food Partnership which supports local people to learn to cook, grow their own food, eat a healthier diet and waste less. They also support food banks and affordable food projects - and connect people with places where they can enjoy tasty, affordable meals with others.
