Hello,

As some of you might know my dad, Dene, recently had a cardiac arrest in rural wales and the Wales Air Ambulance were quick and delivered amazing care. Unfortunately he passed away a week later but to say thank you for such an incredible service I have decided to run the Cardiff half marathon. After my last half marathon I vowed to never run again, but for such an amazing cause I will be bringing my running shoes out of retirement in honour of Dene, and aiming to raise some well needed funds for the Wales Air Ambulance.
