I'll be completing the Ironman 70.3 to raise money for Aspire, a spinal cord injury charity.

My mum was in a serious car accident while on holiday. She suffered severe spinal cord injuries and, for a while, we didn’t know if she’d ever be able to live independently again. Thanks to some seriously incredible medical care and her own determination, she’s making an amazing recovery.

Aspire supported her during recovery and are also helping many others facing life after a spinal injury. They provide accessible housing, advice and support to help people rebuild their independence.
