I'm Taking the Plunge for Mental Health!

On Saturday 19th July 2025, I will be taking on a terrifying challenge - abseiling down Coventry Cathedral to raise money for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.

Mental health matters. Coventry and Warwickshire Mind provide quality services and support to people in Coventry, and are working to reduce stigma and promote positive mental health. Their work changes lives, and I want to do my part to help.

I am both excited and nervous to complete this challenge, but knowing that every donation goes towards such an important cause makes it all worthwhile. Please donate what you can to this wonderful cause.
