Azara Chanukah Campaign

Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times; I strongly believe we deserve a light in this world- regardless of what that light can mean for you or myself.
One of the things I did this summer was join a program to study at a month-long yeshiva in Europe’s 2,000-year Jewish history. It was the first time that people of all backgrounds and genders have formed a community to learn Talmud together over an extended period in the UK and Europe. Many of us have gone on to engage in full-time Jewish study, to start an initiative on disability access in UK synagogues, and to try to teach others. Following the successes of the summer, we need the resources to make this learning sustainable for us all. By engaging with deep and nuanced Jewish texts, and each other, we gain the skills to think deeply about moral problems. We become better equipped to navigate the critical issues facing us today.
Here's a bit of my journey so far.
