We are the RSPCA and it’s our vision to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. As a branch, we are self-funding and rely on fundraising to be able to carry out our vital work to help vulnerable and at-risk animals in Hastings & Rother.

Story

We are all currently students at the University Of Brighton studying Physical Education QTS. As a part of our degree we have to teach OAA (outdoor adventurous activites) which involves camping and a hike back to univeristy.

While we were hiking, we captured pictures of lots of different animals to promote their wellbeing and safety in their natural habitat.

Our hike ended up being 6 and a half hours and 16 miles which was unexpected due to taking a wrong turn, however it lead us to seeing more animals so spirits was still high!

We dressed up as I’m a celebrity as we thought it was the most appropriate as there are animals who are suffering all over the world especially in Australia from the wildfires.

We have created this just giving page to encourage positive treatment of animals and how they are looked after. In 2022, there was 9,776 reports made to the RSPCA about intentional harm to dogs in 2021, which is a 27% increase from 2020, with numbers continuing to rise.

It would be appreciated if you could donate to this amazing cause.
