I’m taking part in the Pendle Pub Walk 2026, a 13-mile circular walk through Pendle’s beautiful countryside, to raise vital funds for Pendleside Hospice who did a lot to help my dad in his illness.

Pendleside Hospice exists to promote and enhance quality of life for people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers, providing specialist, holistic palliative care that supports physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.

It currently costs £6.4 million a year to run the hospice, with only around 20% funded. That’s why fundraising – and your support – is so important.
