I am taking the leap and doing a skydive on 21st July at Beccles airfield to raise funds and awareness for the charity Sophie's Stars, who provides support to family and loved ones of people diagnosed with cancer. Sophie’s Stars was set up as a legacy to my cousin Sophie who passed away from kidney cancer aged 25.

Sophie is my inspiration. She battled her cancer with courage and bravery. Since turning 24 this year, the realisation that Sophs was my age when she was diagnosed with cancer hit me hard, so I would love to honour her by being brave and taking part in this skydive.
