On November 22nd, we're taking on a 22.5k run to Seaham 🏖️ (further than a half-marathon!) with absolutely no training 🏃🏼‍♀️ while taking part in a variety of challenges along the way for the following fundraising milestones: 💵

£50: Run in fancy dress

£100: Swap shoes for a kilometre

£200: Make a TikTok every kilometre

£300: Run a kilometre with one of us blindfolded

£350: Complete a mile three-legged

£400: Complete a “Mary’s Mile” (run while holding a shot in our mouths)

£500: Take a cold dip in the North Sea 🌊

£1000: We'll make it a MARATHON and run an extra 22.5K back to Durham!

As exec members of the Revival Charity Fashion Show, we’re excited to take on this challenge to raise funds for a cause close to our hearts ❤️ This year, Revival is proud to support Durham City of Sanctuary, an organisation dedicated to helping people seeking refuge from war and persecution. Since 2016, they’ve been working to foster connections and build a welcoming community for sanctuary seekers in County Durham, providing support through local solidarity groups, distributing vital supplies, organizing language classes, and raising awareness in schools 🧡

In the lead-up to the show, Revival hosts events, workshops, socials, and fundraisers to bring awareness to our charity partner 🪩🕺 This year’s show will be held in February 2025 and is entirely student-led, with an incredible team of 80 Durham University students dedicated to making it inclusive and impactful. We invite everyone to be part of this community committed to making a difference 🌍🫶
