Story
I'm running the Berlin Half Marathon in 2026 for Sport in Mind 🏃♀️
Sport and exercise have played a huge part in my life, especially during some of my most challenging times. Whether it’s been going for a run to clear my head or just moving my body to feel a little more like myself, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful exercise can be – not just physically, but mentally too.
That’s why I’m proud to be supporting Sport in Mind, a fantastic mental health charity that uses sport and physical activity to help people who are struggling. They run life-changing programmes across the UK, giving people the opportunity to move, connect, and rebuild confidence in a supportive environment. The impact they make is real – and I know how valuable that kind of support can be.
Training for this half marathon is a personal journey for me, but it’s also about something bigger. I’m running for my friends, my family, and for anyone who’s ever felt lost and found strength in sport. If you’re able to support me with a donation – big or small – it would mean the world and help Sport in Mind continue their incredible work.
Thank you so much for reading and for being part of this journey with me 🧡
