Most of us have or will be impacted by cancer at some point in our lives, myself personally having lost both grandads and others to it. On Sunday 15th October I'll be doing my first CrossFit competition as part of a team of 4 to raise money for Cancer Research.

CrossFit has already had a significant positive impact on my mental health as well as physically, so I'm looking forward to pushing myself and discovering my new limits.
