Please support my rough sleep-out - because together we can help fight homelessness!

Again this year, I'm heading to Lord’s Cricket Ground, where I bed down in the stands, sleeping on hard concrete with a sleeping bag and little else.

The event is CEO Sleepout London on Monday 20 November 2023. It was created to help raise funds for the homeless and raise awareness of a problem, which unfortunately is still rife in our cities.

I'm a trustee of Scotscare, which provides frontline care for Scots in London who are homeless or insecurely housed plus many other challenges. Scotscare recently merged with my previous homelessness charity, Borderline.

I'm so motivated to sleep rough for this cause, despite the freezing cold, exhausting lack of sleep and rock hard sleeping conditions.

We are all so lucky to have a cosy bed at home, with family and friends to support us when things get tough.
