As some of you may know I am running the 2026 London marathon (I am not a runner) so this is a mega challenge. I am raising money for the Stroke Association in Debby’s honour. If you know Debby you know she is a force of nature. Last year, Debby’s life changed in an instant when she suffered a stroke. We have watched in absolute awe as she has rebuilt her life from the ground up. She is a powerhouse mother to her three girls, an inspiration to her friends, and a reminder to all of us of what it means to never give up. While Debby has achieved so much, her journey is far from over. She still lives with the daily challenge of aphasia—she hasn't yet regained her full ability to speak. I want to support the incredible work they do for survivors who, like Debby, are navigating the long and difficult road of recovery. The Stroke Association is a lifeline for people living with the effects of stroke. Any donation, no matter the size, would mean the world to me and make the early mornings and cold miles worth it.
