London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 · 12 April 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

The London Landmarks Half Marathon has quickly become one of the iconic half marathons in the UK. Team Purple will be raising vital funds for the Epilepsy Society enabling us to transform the lives of the 600,000 people living with epilepsy in the UK

Story

I am running the 2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon for the Epilepsy Society. Epilepsy Society is the UK's only charity transforming the lives of people living with epilepsy through world-leading research, advocacy and care.

They supported all the research which has helped Dad and the whole family with medication, tests and procedures to understand and manage his epilepsy. Through their ongoing research and commitment to advancing treatment options, they have provided him with access to the latest medication and therapies that have significantly improved his quality of life. Their dedication to understanding epilepsy and offering personalized care has made a real difference, helping him to better manage his condition and recently be back able to drive now his epilepsy is well controlled. The Epilepsy Society’s research and resources continue to offer hope for the future, giving us all a sense of reassurance.

Any donation that you are able to make will help them to continue their incredible work and will spur me on throughout my training! Below you can see how your donation could help.

£20 could help to ensure that someone who desperately needs to talk about their epilepsy can call our helpline.

£50 could help forward our world-leading research projects, leading to more accurate, personalised treatment.

£100 could help our research team to analyse genomics data, which will lead to better seizure control.

Thank you so much for your support!
