We both love the water, and are keen sailors, and love enjoying our beautiful Northumbrian coastline. Most Lifeboat crew are volunteers and they are all very very brave. They risk their lives to save people in danger in the water, even if those people have been a bit silly getting in to trouble. Accidents can happen to even the most careful people, and we are very lucky that the RNLI are always there to save us.

Over the years we have raised over £18,000 for the R.N.L.I., by busking and in the last 5 years by our musical advent calendars. Last year our musical advent calendar raised over £5000 for the RNLI, but it was unfortunately be our last year doing it as school and other commitments are making it harder to fit in every year.

We would however love to make our total raised over the years up to £20,000, and so we have extended our target to raised enough to reach this target (we can't reset the target without creating a new fundraising page)

We would like to ask people to donate any amount (no matter how small) towards this amazing charity.
