Just me applying for a space in the ballot, thinking “I wont get in anyway”

Against all odds, I got a space!!!!

I wanted to run for a charity that means a lot to me, so I have decided to run for Dementia UK.

Dementia UK is a charity close to my heart and I will be running in memory of my Grandad, who unfortunately suffered with dementia in his last few months before he was sadly taken from us.

Dementia UK is a specialist dementia nursing charity that is here to support the whole family. The nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.
