Meridian's Garden
Campaign by Together Trust (RCN 209782)
Together Trust's Meridian short stay service are raising money for their garden project to make the garden more accessible for those they support with learning disabilities and/or autism associated conditions.

Story

Myself and Adam are doing a skydive to raise funds for my place of work.

Meridian is a short breaks home for up to 30 young people between the ages of 4 and 18 who all have Autism and other associated conditions. We have a lovely home but many improvements are needed due to the complex needs of the children who attend.

If anyone would like to contribute to the fund it would be much appreciated

I apologise that our skydive was postponed due the horrific weather we had in august! The skydive will now take place on 1st October.

Many thanks
