Running for Mind 💙
This year I’m running a 10K for Mind, a charity that means so much to me and my family.
Both my husband and I have struggled with our mental health in the past. We know first-hand how heavy things can feel, how hard it can be to ask for help, and how important it is to know you’re not alone.
Mental health affects so many of us — silently, privately, and often behind smiles. Mind provides vital support, advice and resources to people when they need it most. No one should have to face those battles on their own.
Running 10K will be a challenge for me, but it’s nothing compared to the daily challenges so many people face with their mental health. I’m running to raise awareness, to give back, and to help make support more accessible for others.
