I am running the SAUCONY 10k and the a half marathon in the south of France. I want to try and raise money for an amazing charity helping people with mental health and suicide prevention. A charity I have sadly personally had to turn to for help. They were amazing and saves lives! It’s hard to admit the dark hole that we get into but I am fighting and battling my personal demons daily with the help of amazing causes like this.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
