Ivan would like to raise money for The Brick. He has chosen this charity after learning about them and what they do at school and he would like to do what he can to help support less advantaged people. Ivan doesn't usually choose to take part in sporting activities so we are really proud he has decided to do this to benefit others and what a way to do it than climbing the biggest mountain in England! Our aim is to eradicate homelessness and poverty in our community. We support homeless people, those facing homelessness, and people experiencing crisis or poverty in the Wigan borough.People who are marginalised by society, who can, with support, become independent and contribute positively to their communities. Services include crisis intervention, housing and health support on behalf of the Council, a foodbank, social and employment training, and wide-ranging volunteering opportunities. We ensure no one in our community gets left behind.
