A4R provides legal advice and holistic support to individuals living in private rented accommodations. They tirelessly advocate for renters’ rights and campaign for essential changes in our housing system. Through their lobbying efforts, they work towards policy changes that address acute housing needs. Based in Brent impact extends beyond the borough; they offer services to individuals across London and Herefordshire and campaign nationwide to ensure all private renters have equal access to safe, secure, habitable, and accessible housing.

To further advance A4R’s mission after joining the team in November last year, I’ve committed to participating in the Manchester Half Marathon 2024 on October 13th. By taking on this challenge, I aim to raise funds that will empower A4R to continue their vital work. In today’s world, where the housing crisis affects millions daily, A4R’s efforts are more critical than ever. Despite being a small charity, their work since the 1980s has made a significant difference within the community.

I’ve witnessed the remarkable impact our team has had on people’s lives, fuelled by an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals and preventing homelessness. I take immense pride in being part of this incredible team as we strive for safe secure homes for everyone.
