ARIEL Summer Step Challenge

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

The ARIEL team at Crawford & Company will be taking part in a Summer Step Challenge between 1st June and 31st August in support of Insurance United Against Dementia.

Each member of the team will have their own step goal that they will be working towards, encouraging us all to get out there and be active.

I will be aiming to walk 1,000,000 steps in these 3 months. This is a cause close to my heart as My Grandad Peter suffered from Alzheimers.

Insurance United Against Dementia was formally launched with the support of the Alzheimer’s Society – the charity’s first industry specific action group tasked with raising funds for the University College London Dementia Research Institute, a new hub for clinical research into various forms of the disease.
