I am taking part in the ultra white collar boxing again to raise money for charity, this time for friendship at home, a local voulenteer-lead charity who have been providing friendship and support to older people across NELINCS since 2006. The support is aimed at reducing loneliness and isolation and improving older peoples quality of life.

Did you know over 1 million older people over the age of 75 living in the uk say they often go over a month without speaking to anyone at all?

This charity is here to stop that and provide friendship for these people x
